Refund policy

At AISE, we work hard to create the highest quality products possible. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement or a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. If the garment is not returned in this condition AISE will not be able to process the exchange or return. No exceptions. 

To be eligible for a return, we kindly ask that you neatly fold your items so that they are returned to us in the same condition that you received them, unworn, with all tags, and in the original packaging. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 7 days of initiating a return or an exchange.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label in addition to instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. No exceptions. 

Please allow 7-14 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once received. Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible and refunds may take up to 14 business days to post to your account depending on your bank or credit card company.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right in a prompt and timely manner. 

DO NOT REMOVE TAGS AND PLEASE RETURN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND RECEIPT. PLEASE KEEP ITEMS CLEAN AND UNSTAINED. As a courtesy to our team and with respect to the delicate nature of our items, items should be neatly folded and carefully packaged. Items in careless condition, with stains, visible wear, or with tags removed will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer without a refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items are final sale. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ashley@wearaise.com.
